So, what exactly is Small Group Personal Training? It’s a training session designed to accommodate up to 6 clients, where each person gets the benefits of personalized fitness guidance at a more affordable cost compared to 1:1 sessions. This format allows you to experience the high level of attention you would get in a private session, but with the added motivation of working alongside others.
Unlike typical group fitness classes, where a trainer demonstrates exercises and leaves you to your own devices, Small Group Personal Training is all about you. Our trainer circulates around the room, giving you personalized corrections/progressions and feedback on every movement. We design workouts that allow us to tailor them to your individual goals, fitness level, and any limitations you may have. If an exercise doesn’t work for you, we modify or replace it to ensure you’re getting the most out of every session.
