When people think of personal training, they often imagine one-on-one sessions—and while that works great for some, it’s not the only path to getting strong, staying consistent, and reaching your goals. At Reps Fitness & Nutrition here in Flagstaff, we’ve seen the power of small group personal training (SGPT), and honestly, it’s a game changer.
Our SGPT sessions are capped at 4 people, so you’re still getting hands-on coaching, personalized progressions, and form corrections—but with the added bonus of community and accountability. There’s just something about sweating it out next to people who are showing up, just like you, that makes it easier to push through the hard reps and keep coming back.
We built Reps on the belief that structure, support, and sustainable progress should be accessible—not intimidating. SGPT lets us deliver high-quality training without the high price tag of 1:1, which is why it’s one of our most popular programs. Whether you’re brand new to training or just looking to dial things back into a routine, small group training gives you guidance, challenge, and flexibility.
Every session is intentionally programmed and coached by both of us—Torey and Casey. We design each workout with purpose, and we’re right there coaching you through it to make sure you’re moving well, staying safe, and getting the most out of your time.
Try your first session free—no commitment, just show up.
