When you sign up for personal training at Reps, you’re not just getting a workout—you’re getting a plan. We’ll start with a conversation about your goals, your schedule, and any injuries or limitations you’re working with. From there, we’ll build a personalized program that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Every session is coached by one of us—Casey or Torey—and you’ll get hands-on guidance with everything from proper form to smart progressions. We focus on quality movement, strength development, and helping you feel more confident in and out of the gym.

Training at Reps is about more than just pushing weight—it’s about building habits, learning your body, and showing up consistently. We keep things intentional, flexible, and grounded in real results. And because we’re Flagstaff locals, we understand the unique demands of life up here—whether you’re training for outdoor adventures, managing stress, or just trying to move and feel better.

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 training packages, and every plan includes access to our space, our guidance, and our full support.
