Casey Ries is a lifelong athlete and has worked as a critical care nurse for over a decade. Through her experiences, she understands the importance of injury and illness prevention in the form of fueling and moving your body. Her transition into the coaching role was led by her desire to make a positive impact in the health and happiness of others.
She is an elite rock climber of over 15 years and uses resistance training in the gym to work through injuries, improve her athletic performance, and boost her confidence. She is an expert in strength training, hypertrophy, functional fitness and nutrition, and is experienced in helping people of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals.
